I think that some people will complain about the noise... but I like it. I've struggled a lot with the look that I have wanted for these.. and the 'old photo' appearance seems to work well for me. I hope you see the merit of it as well
Oh.. and the ingredients I used: Eyeshadow (minimal) Lots of instant coffee And lots of Elmers School Glue smeared all over my face and hands

Grainy, grungy and gorgeously grotesque, Peeling the Layers by ^Katerina423 captures strong emotions (and exhibits a very creative use of coffee!). (

There's so much about this shot, I had to stare at it for a minute or so just to take it all in! I think the graininess around the foreground works fantastically, it really adds a lot of ambiguity to what the model is really doing. What really makes this shot for me though are the eyes, there's such concentration in what she's doing there, like it's got to be done right. It's chilly to even look at them!
well when i first saw it i thought, wilderness-;;, as the peeling on the nose looked like a leaf to me, and the peeling on the face and hands jjjjmade it look dirty, and the wild hair looked like 'one who' has lived in the woods... bbthen i looked at the first image in this series.
i must say that while i think the first image is not as strong compositionally, it does make this second one much more clear.
