The wretchedness of the shared experience.
_______________ The models are *jzcj5 and ^arachnid15 on what was truly the most collaborative set I've ever had the pleasure of shooting on. It was a lot of fun and there will be plenty of images to come both from myself and them. __________ I have uploaded this in a larger size than I've ever posted online because I really want you all to be able to see and appreciate the amazing textured details. Powerful, awesome.

"Wow" is certainly the first word that comes to mind. The devil is certainly in the details, and the makeup used here makes for a very palpable look (but then, you, Steve, and Jason are always very meticulous about that, which is why you guys rock so royally). I think what stands out so much about this picture for me is the pose and composition. You could have had them pose in any other way and positioned in any other way in the frame, but this was perfect. I love the leading lines in this - almost every detail in Jason smoothly ushers the eye to Steve, even down to the direction of his hair at the the top (hence the slightly right-side framing, I assume). The combined isolation and desperation in both "characters" so to speak actually transcend the Horror/Macabre line. A story written any genre could have arrived at this potent conclusion. I almost thought this was in the Conceptual category. Okay. Done gushing, ma'am. Long story short, great photo. I just wanted to explain why I think it's great. -- Everybody needs a Life is for living and learning. Learn any and everything from any and everyone you can. We are what we learn and experience. That was definitely a difficult shot for all of us to pull off but you definitely had the roughest part, the shot itself
